Our small, yet dedicated team speaks a variety of languages including English, Greek, French and Polish and are on hand to accommodate you throughout your stay with us to make you feel right at home.

Since 1988 we have been spending our summers in Ios. Our love for this idyllic island has driven us in the decision to build our holiday home here, which has now expanded to a small complex of villas, and serves as a holiday home to guest from all over the world.
Our goal is to provide a relaxing and enjoyable stay for you, your family and friends that will leave you with lasting memories for years to come.

The Island
Ios is our home away from home, a retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily city life. We strive to enrich the community by promoting local businesses and produce as well as employing local professionals to assist us in looking after our guests, the landscape and our facilities.
Over the years we are lucky to have cultivated great relationships with local businesses, it would be our pleasure to provide any recommendations you may require thought your stay; from our favourite restaurants and cafes to private boat charters so that you can discover in our opinion the most beautiful beaches in the Aegean!
Our Guests
Our job is our passion and we love getting to know our guests. While we enjoy socialising and engaging with our guests, we are always discrete and understand the importance of privacy .
We understand that the perfect holiday can mean many different things to our guests, over the years we believe that we have cultivated an understanding of how to assist you in achieving your dream holiday; be that ultimate relaxation or adventure and exploration.

Environment
Here at On The Rocks we want to protect nature's beauty and preserve the scarce resources for generations to come.
It is our belief that we should do our utmost to protect the environment therefore we generate as much energy as we use from our solar panels; we also collect and recycle thousands of litres of rainwater a year and treat all our effluent on site. To minimise the carbon footprint we have planted over a thousand shrubs, trees and flowers!
