How to get here.
The port of Ios is easily accessible from any other island in the Cyclades or Athens. The most convenient connection is through Santorini, which is located only 40min ferry trip from Ios and offers frequent ferry crossings. Other popular islands you can fly to are Paros, Naxos, Mykonos, Crete. An alternative connection could also be taking a ferry from any ports in Athens such as Pireaus or Rafina.

If you prefer to travel with greater privacy and flexibility we can also organise a connection on a private or semi-private boat as well as a helicopter.

On The Rocks offers a remote and peaceful location while being close to the main town of Ios, famous for its vivid nightlife, great cocktail bars and restaurants.
Our villas are situated just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful, secluded Valmas beach and about 15 minutes walk from Chora, the main town of Ios.
The port is also nearby and can be accessed through a couple of picturesque paths making it a perfect spot for a coffee or lunch.
